COTS Kids serves children and their families from birth through 5th grade. We welcome all children, just as they are, and share with them the love of Jesus. Kids spend time together in peer groups learning, playing, and growing in their friendship with one another as they learn about the radical love of Christ.

We aim to make the Next Generation (Nextgen) experience relevant, where tough questions and expressions of honest doubt can be shared and faced together. There are classes are offered for infants through twelfth grade.

We aim to create a space where youth feel comfortable bringing friends. We learn about God in a nurturing, fun environment with activities like capture the flag, bowling, rock climbing, hide and seek, swimming, and more.

Once a month we gather for a service project to care for our neighbors in the Cleveland area.

confirmation

learn more

Being confirmed into the church means that a youth or adult is making the decision to proclaim Christ as their Savior and is choosing to become a full member.

To prepare for this important life event, the Confirmation Class meets weekly from January through May for dinner and conversation before youth group on Friday nights and again during the Sunday school hour to learn primarily about our Christian faith, and also the Church sacraments, history, organization, and teachings of the United Methodist Church.

mission trip

Each summer, youth beginning with grade 8, high school graduates, and adult leaders head to southern Ohio to work on the homes of those who are physically or financially unable to do so themselves.

Each youth has a role on a leadership team that is an important part of making the mission trip happen.
