    Spiritual Fitness Prayer and Study Group meets on Saturday mornings from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Saviour.  This group nurtures growing Christian faith by reading and discussing books of the Bible and contemporary religious books, plus prayer based on the church list and our personal concerns.
