John Wesley concluded his Plain Account of Christian Perfection with several pieces of advice. He understood that holding fast to a posture of Christian Perfection was not simple, and that there were many obstacles along the way. And that advice still serves us well today, if we keep making sure our minds “dwell on these things.”
