This Sunday, we follow the Liturgy of both the Palms and the Passion. We will consider how Jesus’s prayer in the garden can guide us on our own wilderness journey. Through the extraordinary stories of scripture, we will prepare ourselves to journey with Christ during Holy Week: feeling more deeply the weight of Jesus’s faithfulness, appreciating more fully the confusion and the hope of his disciples, and understanding more intimately the power and the purpose of prayer in our lives.
